BRANCH MANAGERS

Responsibilities:
In-charge of overall operations of the branch. Ensures the growth of the store and is committed to its success. Sees to it that the needs of every customer that enters the store are completely satisfied.

Requirements:

  • Not more than 35 years old
  • College Graduate and with at least 2 years supervisory experience in the retail industry
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • With strong leadership ability who can influence staff towards excellent customer service
  • Self-starter, flexible, aggressive and results-oriented

 

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

Responsibilities:
Contributes to the attainment of the desired sales objectives through the monitoring of sales and merchandise. Will undergo intensive training in retail operations to serve as understudies to Branch Managers and effectively manage their own branch in 2 years.

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • 24 to 30 years old
  • Previous experience from a retail or food chain an advantage
  • Articulate, assertive and has strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation and leadership qualities
  • Must be able to relate effectively with people across all levels of society

 

AUDIT STAFF

Responsibilities:
Assist the Audit Manager in the conduct of audit covering financial, operational and field works in order to achieve audit objectives.

Requirements:

  • Not more than 35 years old
  • Graduate of Accountancy
  • Should have strong and dynamic personality
  • Effective organizing skills and strong attention to detail
  • Flexible, good problem solving and analysis skills
  • At least 1 year Audit work experience from retail industry

 

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Detail and results oriented 
  • Pleasing and dynamic personality

 

MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
Assists the Merchandising Manager in the formulation of merchandising strategies and attainment of sales goals of the Appliance Division.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • With at least 3 years similar work experience gained in a retail/consumer products company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Has good English verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have good analytical, negotiation and forecasting skills
  • Must be well-organized and ability to deal well with different types of people
  • Detail and results oriented
  • Pleasing and dynamic personality

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business or any related course
  • With at least 6 months relevant work experience
  • Personable and with good moral character

 

SALES SUPPORT STAFF

Requirements:

  • Personable and can relate well with different kinds of people
  • Previous work experience gained from a retail/fast food industry an advantage

 

WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS STAFF

Requirements:

  • Not more than 27 years old. 
  • With good body built. 
  • Hardworking and with good moral character. 
  • With relevant work experience in warehousing and inventory control.
